Our quality of marketing never falls short, all properties are advertised with professional photography, a well written property description and online brochure.
All applicants enquiring have a suitability test before a viewing is arranged. Applicants will be tested on basis' such as household income, number of occupants, pet ownership, length of tenancy required and so much more.
This method increases quality of viewers and potential tenants.
Credit scores don't go far enough! Our reference checks go deeper, we explore previous linked addresses and employment statues, we stress test income for changes in the economy and never forgetting their former tenancies.
Our management service is proactive not reactive meaning, that we actively inspect properties once every 3 months. During the inspection we look beyond the visible condition of the property and keep an eye open for maintenance issues and predict ones that may occur in the future. As an example we check all window, doors and taps for loose fittings.
If you have selected a 'let only' package you don't need to be alone, we offer aftercare such as tenancy renewal reminders, issue warnings when documents are about to expiry.
If you are ever change your mind and want us to take over the management of the property we are happy to do so.
