1) Valuation

We give you a free and instant valuation quote of your property we just need to know the address, number of bedrooms and property style. 

2) Compliance check

We visit the property to ensure that it is meet the basic standards for guaranteed rent. At this time we will check for all the required paperwork. If any certificates for renting the property is missing we can organised for them to be obtained on your behalf.  

3) Terms agreement

We agree the terms and the length of the lease for guaranteed rent. We give you our trusted certificate of promise to ensure at the end of the agreement you receive you property back in the same condition it was given. 

4) Handover

Time for you to get paid! From the first day even while the property is still empty you start receiving your rent. We will then start sourcing a tenant and maintaining your property.
